"Made a booking without any issues. Then had to change the booking to another day. The process of changing the booking seemed easy & received confirmation that the booking had been changed. On the day of the original booking I received a call from the resterant as I hadn't turned up. I informed the management that the booking had been changed. Not only had the app not notified the resterant of the change but it had not booked me in for the new date. Inconvenient for all involved."
