Booked but then cancelled by restaurant. Not much choices of restaurant though. Even if it's available, many restaurants just block the dates and it's as good as you don't have this Apps actually for points.
Unavailable to change country time and currency. Calendar date time is not local reservation time.
App locks up with some message say saying no more lines.

Really easy to use and earn points on bookings
Easy and fast to use
Made a booking without any issues. Then had to change the booking to another day. The process of changing the booking seemed easy & received confirmation that the booking had been changed. On the day of the original booking I received a call from the resterant as I hadn't turned up. I informed the management that the booking had been changed. Not only had the app not notified the resterant of the change but it had not booked me in for the new date. Inconvenient for all involved.
